The Common Room is a new model for intergenerational cohesion and wellbeing. Built around everyone’s need for purpose in life, the curriculum (“Purpose Playbook”), facilitation guide and how-to operational handbook are available on licence to implementor organisations to enable them to build and run their own Common Rooms. Each Common Room serves its surrounding community, helping people to explore their motivations, inspirations, capabilities and opportunities. The Common Room creates an immersive, supportive environment, with workshops to help people build confidence, get unstuck, and make real progress in work and life. Rolling out across the UK in 2020, we hope to be invited to bring one to your community soon.
