Learning and Sharing Together (LaST)
Building intergenerational connections – face to face and online
Bringing generations together has so many benefits, but finding opportunities to do so safely can be a challenge. Learning and Sharing Together (LaST) is a tried and tested intergenerational programme based on nearly 20 years’ experience in Burnham, Buckinghamshire.
Designed to be run as a partnership project between a local primary school and a group of older people, LaST is ideally suited for use in sheltered housing schemes, residential care, day care or many other community settings.
The LaST Toolkit includes everything needed to set up and run an intergenerational programme for a school year, face to face or online.
